We hear people ask questions like... What’s the best way to work out the specific skills needed for particular jobs, and how can we make sure these skills fit with related jobs? What skills would be in play if you wanted thejob role to be part of your improvement system? How might these roles develop in the future to be part of the plan for transforming the business?

We have devised some practical methodologies for conducting skills analyses. In particular, Lyndon has spent considerable time over the last few years working on approaches to identifying and analysing new and emerging skills, and the implications of these for dynamic workplaces and a training system that can serve them.
