Our ExperienceWe have extensive experience in developing competency based training and assessment approaches–especially writing competencies and putting together nationally recognised qualifications based on units of competency.  Lyndon managed the creation of the first national Business Services Training Package and Sherinda coordinated the latest review of a number of national Training Packages in the cultural industries and business services and managed the Training and Assessment Training Package. Of course, this means we are very familiar with the rule book for course development (the Training Package Development Handbook). Course AccreditationIn addition to our knowledge of Training Packages, we know the processes of course accreditation fully and thoroughly. We can help you prepare a course for accreditation or advise you on how to take it through the accreditation processes with minimum fuss. We’ve had experience advising and forming accreditation panels, participating in the processes, and most importantly preparing and fine-tuning documentation that meets the latest requirements. The projects we have recently been associated with range from a simple course consisting of a few units of competency through to the new Vocational Graduate Diplomas and Associate Degrees.
