Sherinda has diverse industry, senior national and state VET experience. Prior to setting up the business, Sherinda was General Manager at Innovation Business Skills Australia, responsible for Training Packages. She also ran projects leading the training system on the reduction of duplication of units of competency across Training Packages.  Sherinda SheaSherinda has an excellent reputation as an outstanding Project Manager in the VET system. She has managed a range of projects from large, complex and multi-phased projects to simple exercises of conducting evaluations. She is able to combine an extraordinary capacity for details with great empathy for people and understands the necessity of maintaining contact between the various parties, a key ingredient for achieving successful and timely project outcomes. |
Lyndon is an expert on the Australian training system and sits on the national panels for quality assurance of training packages and training materials. He has held senior positions in and consulted to national and state training authorities, public and private training organisations and industry advisory bodies.  Lyndon SheaIn recent years he has specialised in the evaluation of training programs and the performance of training organisations. He has completed several major studies of the business viability of investing in new training initiatives – including courses, programs and campuses. He believes in the value and distinctiveness of vocational education and consistently advocates for excellent practice across the field. |
