Sherinda Shea
Sherinda has had diverse industry, senior national and state VET experience including as: General Manager, Innovation Business Skills Australia; Principal Project Officer ANTA and Manager Client Services with the former Office of Training and Tertiary Education.
In these and other strategic planning and management roles, Sherinda has demonstrated strong people and project management skills across a range of high profile national education and training initiatives. These have included the development of skills frameworks and training linked to careers frameworks, the implementation of private provider registration and audits; contract managing the High Level Review of Training Packages and overseeing the development and updating of multiple industry Training Packages.

Lyndon Shea
Lyndon’s multifaceted appreciation of the Australian training system have arisen from his work for state and national training authorities and public and private training organisations and through leading roles in industry advisory bodies.
Lyndon has had extensive experience initiating new policy programs, evaluating proposals and reviewing program performance against their stated aims. Just prior to setting up Shea Business Consulting, Lyndon was responsible for overseeing research activity on new and emerging skills in the Victorian economy and for devising innovative strategies for TAFE to respond to these. He was also engaged in upgrading the capability of TAFE staff to respond to emerging skills and investigated the feasibility of new TAFE Specialist Centres.
Lyndon is an experienced researcher; he wrote the first Australian study of Attendant Care for People with Disabilities, titled ‘Ahead of its Time’. In the 1990s, Lyndon was also a member of the Board of STAR (Victorian Action on Intellectual Disability).
